BSB20115 – Certificate II in Business

Career opportunities;  Administration assistant, office junior, ​clerical worker, data entry operator, information desk clerk.
This 12 week course includes five days work placement in an office environment and support to assist students in getting an interview.   It will improve computer skills and provide students with practical tools  to start an entry-level office career such as:
  • Email and other communication
  • Word processing & spreadsheets
  • Customer service & relationships

Career opportunities: Accounts Clerk, junior personal assistant, receptionist, business administrator.
This 12 week course in an office environment and support to assist students in getting an interview.  It will give students the skills and knowledge to perform any type of business administration, receptionist or PA job role including:
  • Keyboarding and computer skills
  • Document control
  • Producing quality documents and presentations
  • Organising and scheduling meetings and tasks
